Salesforce Report Building

This course teaches the the underlying concepts of objects, records, and lookup relationships to explain how Salesforce Report Types are created and configured. That information is then used as foundational knowledge to understand how to select a Report Type when building a Salesforce report, as well as what reports can and cannot do. That information is then built upon to explain how to build a report in the report editor, including configuration of the layout, filters, and cross filters. The course does not cover joined reports, and only briefly touches on matrix reports.
